Rob Hawkins' New CD "Real" Released - June 8, 2010

That's right ladies and gentlemen...The new all original CD entitled "Real" will be released on Wednesday, June 9 at 12:00 A.M. exclusively on robhawkins.com and will be available at all concerts from this date on!  They can be purchased on the "Buy" tab on the top tool bar. The CD includes 10 original songs.  Look for more details/news in the next few days!

Rob Hawkins and American Cancer Society - June 7, 2010

Rob and Groove 101 entertained a crowd that included Gary Morris (writer of Wind Beneath My Wings), Manuel (famous clothing designer for the stars: Elvis, Johnny Cash, Marty Stuart, and others), Leroy Parnell (famous country star), Scott Couch (anchor of Fox news 17 in Nashville), and many others at the Wolf Den in Brentwood, TN. This is the second American Cancer Society event he's played in a year's time:  Rob played the kick-off party at Jack's BBQ in downtown Nashville, TN in November of last year and then headlined this weekend's event the annual "Linda Schulz Shooter's Ball" to raise money for cancer research.

Rob Hawkins working on new music! - May 20, 2010

On Saturday May, 15, 2010 Rob Hawkins entered Sonoma Recording Studios in Nashville, TN with his producer David Spak to work on his new all original up-coming CD release entitled "Real"!!!! "The band of musicians and production team that we assembled provided an incredible vehicle to convey the messages of all 10 songs," said Hawkins. "I guess I've got something to say and look forward to sharing it with everyone.

Rob Hawkins in pre-production for new CD - May 5, 2010

David Spak and Rob Hawkins are in pre-production meetings for a new all original CD. Songs are being reviewed, picked, and arrangements are starting to take shape. "This will be a strong release...I'm pleased with our progress", said Spak.
